Here is why -
Hagiga Wahid confirmed through the executive chief of Kolnyang Payam that a group of armed men were seen near the old cattle camps of Adol in Kolnyang. This prompted the local authorities to warn people in nearby villages to avoid movement in that area. They also asked some families living closest to the area to move to Kolnyang center.
