Here is why -
A human rights lawyer working in Juba, Josephine Adhet has confirmed that a group of young men raped the young woman and filmed the assault on a smart phone. The graphic video was later shared online. She confirmed that five of the suspects have been arrested by police and they are still searching for other suspects.
