MODERATOR The implementation of South Sudan's shaky peace agreement lacks progress on the security arrangements and the unification of the armed forces, the number of the state and their boundaries and many more important notes on the peace accord not implemented. There is no indication any of the parties are interested in genuine peace yet the security situation in some parts of the country is deteriorating following the numerous road ambushes in the Equatoria and clashes between the government and the hold out groups in several occasions.
