This rumour is confirmed true and is of low priority – here's why:
It is true, that there is illegal ongoing recruitment of soldiers by both the opposition movements and the government in South Sudan in all parts of the Country. A report recently published by the UN human rights investigators, indicated that since the outbreak of the South Sudan civil war in 2013, warring parties have been recruiting soldiers till date.
