This rumour is confirmed true and is of low priority – here's why:
In the meeting conducted by the Local authorities in South Sudan’s Yei River State and Uganda’s West Nile districts have agreed to ban illegal forest logging and trading along their common border areas. Following reports that the UPDF soldiers were seen crossing the boarders with their lorries loaded full of teak logs. The residents along the boarders confirmed they saw those lorries loaded with teak logs crossing to Uganda. The latest move, officials said, is part of efforts to fight against the dangers of climate change as well as environmental degradation.
