MODERATOR I spoke to one of the residents in Juba who has confirmed that two people were shot when armed herders from a nearby cattle camp in Morioka, a suburb around Juba, attacked IDPs outside the PoC. The cattle keepers accused the IDPs of harassing women who enter the PoC to sell fresh milk and likewise the IDPs accused the cattle keepers of intimidating women who go to the bushes outside the camp to collect firewood. On Tuesday, two boys were shot dead by the armed cattle keepers.
