This rumour is probably true and is of low priority – here's why:
Refugees families in Rhino Camp and Imvepi returned to South Sudan following the reduction in the food ratio and also the fears that there would be a conflict in Uganda during the presidential election time. The Hagiga Wahid community ambassadors in Ofua and ocea witnessed the refugees loading their belongings in cars and taking off

According to the information I got from some residents in Omugo village 4, there some refugees who have decided to leave the camp to south Sudan and Congo. Such cases are witnessed in tank 34 of Omugo village 4. Majorly young men are often seen traveling to Congo and south Sudan for either business and farming since the rocky soil of the settlement doesn't support appropriate farming. With the reduction on the monthly food ratio from 12kg to 8kg, some households are struggling to manage with their food ratio which of course doesn't sustain the whole month, With such circumstance, some refugees are forced to revisit their home country in order to cultivate and also do some business.
