The boda boda rider has been identified as Arkangelo Duku who always parks at Ocea Stage. He went missing yesterday evening till when his dead body was discovered earlier today in the morning hours along the Ocea-Katiku Road. An investigation by the Uganda Police and the medical workers has established that the deceased has been stabbed with a knife. The police transported his body to Arua Regional Hospital for further postmortem examinations. They later investigated and arrested a suspect, who is currently being held in Arua Prison.

MODERATOR The Ugandan police have arrested a man who was identified as a south Sudanese refugee residing in Ocea who has confessed to having killed the Boda Boda cyclist in Ocea. He was apprehended while trying to escape to South Sudan with a motorcycle bearing the number plot belonging to the deceased. He was arrested and moved from Yoro to the Arua prison.
